Timeless Luxury at Eagles Nest—Where History Meets the Mountains

Perched on a rock like an eagle, with clouds floating through on clear evenings, the Eagles Nest Cottage stands as a testament to time. Built in 1880, this colonial stone house has been preserved and restored to become a beautiful family-run luxury homestay. The heritage property once a part of the fabled Rampur estate is now owned and managed by the same family for four generations, it is currently under the care of two sisters, Ameira and Pavni Sikand, who aim to continue their family's legacy of warmth, hospitality, and excellence. The property features three distinct cottages. The main house, constructed in 1880, boasts five bedrooms. In addition, there is a second cottage with three bedrooms and a third, single bedroom cottage, both of which were added later in harmony with the original colonial architecture. These cottages are elegantly furnished with original fireplaces, original tall wooden ceilings, arches, patios, and several indoor and outdoor sit-out areas. Select antique furniture, an antique fountain surrounded by flowers and vast mountain views complete this elegant mountain hideaway, providing a serene and luxurious retreat.
